This beautiful villa in Terre-Basses, with a view of the ocean and sunset, is accessible through an electric iron gate and paved drive-way.

There are three detached, equally sized bedrooms with large, mosaic-tiled bathrooms. One large bedroom is located on the lower part of the villa, offering privacy and tranquility.

The comfortable living area opens onto the terrace and a large gourmet kitchen that looks over the pool. Stylish furnishings and beautiful travertine flooring are throughout the villa.

This property can also be rented at a three bedroom rate.
