Terres Basses Villa Rentals

The unit was beautiful and comfortable. The view was very interesting in that you could see the Atlantic and Aguilla, the entire port of Marigot and the entire west coast of St. Martin, most of the the lagoon and on the far side, the carribean and the large cruise ships entering and exiting the port.

This was one of the best vacations we have been on. We loved the Villa absolutely perfect in every way. The funny thing is every time we left the villa to go shopping or sight seeing we couldn't wait to get back to our villa. My friend, Pam I think had seperation anxiety every time we left. So funny she just kept saying when are we going back. Can't wait to go back. Modani is a lovely 3 bedroom hillside villa located in Terres Basses on the French side of St. Martin, within walking distance of beautiful Baie Rouge Beach.

The villa has a large, well equipped kitchen that opens on to a breakfast bar overlooking the pool area.

All three bedrooms have ocean views and adjoining baths. The ample living and dining area are surrounded by sliding glass doors that open on to a 200ft long covered gallery, giving superb panoramic ocean views.

Just a few steps down from the gallery is a large, private pool and deck area perfect for sunbathing.
